Established in 1977, Leonard Unander Associates Inc. is well known as a preeminent home builder. The homes built by LUA, Inc. dignify the city of Santa Barbara, Montecito, Hope Ranch, and the surrounding areas. Each construction project, from conception to completion, features only the finest materials, products and craftsmanship. Mr. Unander has established a reputation for requiring and providing only the very best quality and services for his clients. As a third-generation contractor, Mr. Unander continues the tradition of exemplary construction techniques passed down from his Swedish ancestry.
