PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

LUA assembles a Project Team in the Pre-Construction phase consisting of a Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and when required, a Project Engineer. This Project Team is responsible for:

-Budget preparation and control.

-Competitive bid spreadsheet and analysis.

-Value engineering recommendations.

-Subcontractor procurement contracting.

-Timeline development and tracking.

-Maintaining current on-site documentation.

-Preparation and certification of monthly payment requests.

-Quality control with an emphasis on meticulous attention to detail.
