Pre-Construction

During the pre-construction process, a project team is formed that is built on the collaborative efforts of the client, design team and builder. LUA, Inc. will supply helpful information on building materials, techniques and budget. We may offer a systematic method known as "value engineering." This process allows us to reduce unnecessary expenditures, thereby increasing value for our clients. We have found that this pre- construction process is very important in the overall building process and more importantly, beneficial to you, our client.
