Building for Sustainability is a common practice of LUA. We strive to implement building practices that promote energy and resource efficiency. 

-We are a member of Built Green Santa Barbara: 

A voluntary environmental building program that distinguishes and promotes resource efficient development, design, and construction. Green building practices go beyond energy and water conservation to incorporate environmentally sensitive site planning, resource efficient building materials and superior indoor air environmental quality.

-We are a proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity:
